After months of searching, we finally found a space that really speaks to us. The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, known to many as the “Old State Hospital” and most notably remembered as our teenage stomping grounds – this place has had an incredible transformation over the past decade.
Nostalgia-factor aside, it’s just a gorgeous building with a ton of character and an awesome community. We took all but one look at a vacant office and practically signed on the spot. Woo hoo!
