Today is the fourth day in the month of May, you know what that means? That’s right, it’s our favorite geeky “holiday”! And in honor and celebration of this joyous occasion, we’re counting down our top ten favorite Star Wars quotes.

This is a straight-up classic and responsible for so many great memes. ?
#9 “In my experience there is no such thing as luck.” – Obi-Wan Kenobi
Obi-Wan was such a realist. and the bad-ass bearded Jedi master knew that the important things in life require hard work and sweat.

This is a go-to line whenever I’m looking for an 80’s playlist on Spotify and find one that’s missing a certain George Michael song.
#7 “RAWRGWAWGGR.” – Chewbacca
‘Nuff said.

Rule number one: never trust anyone who tells you this. Statistics show that nine times out of the ten, those droids “really” are the ones that you’re looking for.

Yeah I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking that’s Obi-Wan’s line, but you’re wrong. Good ole General Dodanna spoke those iconic words. For this list, this quote has to be numero uno, right? I mean, it’s probably the most quoted line from Star Wars, plus it’s the phrase that makes it possible for this preciously nerdy “holiday”.
