Project Details
TKS is a growing business and they really needed to streamline and automate repetitive tasks. We’ve worked on a lot of projects for TKS over the years (websites, online stores, plugins, designs, customer dashboards, and more). For this project, we recommended using an open source CRM integration that could allow their employees to focus on selling and servicing customers. And they agreed that a CRM solution was just what they needed.
We decided to use the open source solution SuiteCRM and Freshworks. SuiteCRM has the same functionality as all the products suites like Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, but without the monthly or per user cost structure.
Using an open source solution also allowed us to integrate with other applications like FreshDesk, Quickbooks, and WordPress, creating a truly seamless process.

How it helped
We helped design and implement an open source CRM integration to optimize both the sales and service teams for our client in the security industry. This open source solution sports a feature set that rivals the likes of Salesforce and SugarCRM.
We selected a budget friendly open source CRM solution to save the client on costly, month-to-month subscription fees.
We integrated with existing systems (website, forms, email, accounting software, and ticketing system) using an open source solution to increase the efficiency of the sales pipeline, the status and scheduling of services, and billing.
This means less time spent on manual processes and more time selling and interfacing with the customers!
